Ingredients

5 or 6 tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tbsp salt

½ tsp dried oregano

sugar ( for reducing acidity )
Mise en place
- crush or grate the garlic cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pule until well combined and blended.
You can use it right away. But for best results, let it rest for 3 hours.
